XPost Terms of Service

Effective date: June 4, 2026

These terms govern use of XPost, a video cross-posting and scheduling service operated by All AI Company. In these terms, we, us, and our refer to All AI Company.

Access

XPost is currently available by invitation. We may accept, limit, suspend, or remove access at any time to protect the service, users, connected platforms, or our legal obligations.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the videos, captions, titles, links, and other content you upload or create in XPost. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to provide the scheduling and publishing features you request.

Connected Platforms

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to publish content to each connected account. Your use of YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Meta, and other connected services is also governed by the terms, developer policies, and community guidelines of those platforms.

Service Changes

Features, supported platforms, quotas, scheduling behavior, pricing, and availability may change as we improve the service.

Acceptable Use

Do not use XPost to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, spammy, or unauthorized content. Do not attempt to bypass platform limits, manipulate engagement, share account access without authorization, or interfere with the security or reliability of the service.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable scheduling workflow, but scheduled publishing can depend on provider APIs, token validity, network access, media processing, and platform review status. The service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for delayed, rejected, failed, removed, or unavailable posts.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
